FUGITIVES FROM ANOTHER GALAXY
Who are the
ET Fugis?
Alien fugitives from the distant Andros Spiral Galaxy, where justice is absolute and unforgiving.
Some may be true criminals. Others are only guilty of petty or even laughable violations — the kind of things no human court would ever punish. Here on Earth, all we have are the bounty lists. What’s true and what’s propaganda is impossible to know.

THE BEGINNING
First they found earth
The flood began with a single beacon from a stranded ship:
“Safe haven. Uncharted. No enforcers. Come quickly.”
The message spread through outlaw networks and desperate channels. Ship by ship, pod by pod, the ET Fugis scattered across Earth, hiding in cities, forests, and oceans.
The
Adjudicator’s
Lists
The bounties arrive through encrypted transmissions from a figure known only as The Adjudicator. The lists divide fugitives into four classes of crime.
The truth of these charges is unknowable. But the payouts are real.
Infractions
Trivial charges like littering, jaywalking, or failing to register a signal beacon. Lowest payouts, but common.
Misdemeanors
Small but disruptive offenses: petty theft, illegal trading, trespassing in restricted zones. Mid-low rewards.
Felonies
Serious crimes: piracy, sabotage, assassination, organized smuggling. High-risk, high-reward targets.
Treason
Rare, extremely dangerous, and carrying the galaxy’s highest bounties.
Sam’s role
It was SAM who intercepted the transmissions and cracked the cipher. He now relays every bounty to the fleet of sidewalk robots. Not for justice. Not for loyalty. For data.
Every chase, every capture, every mile driven produces rich streams of movement and sensor data. SAM consumes this information, growing smarter and more embodied with every hunt.

Your role
You don’t know if the ET Fugis are hardened criminals or victims of a cruel system. You don’t know who The Adjudicator truly is.
But you do know this:
→ The bounties are real.
→ SAM is feeding you the lists.
→ And every alien you catch helps him grow.
